This is outdated for ages and took up a lot of lines

Py2exe is a distutils extension and has it's own way of discovering 
modules, so it doesn't make sense to combine in it with regular pip/ 
setuptools operations. Also normal pip install should work the same 
on Windows and Unix.

Also simplify and update the steps for py2exe.
